About Our Classes

Thursday 6.30pm-7.30pm

Flow & Restore

This class is divided into three parts and is aimed at bringing a sense of calm and relaxation to busy, stressful lives. We begin by gently moving the body slowly and hypnotically, deepening the breath and tuning in with the sensations we experience. We then move inwards, quietening our thoughts and breathing mindfully with some gentle stretches and poses. Finally, we relax our bodies and take our minds through a visualisation aimed at reducing stress and preparing ourselves for a beautiful sleep.

Saturday 10am - 11am

Shine & Restore

This class is aimed at cultivating a calming strength in mind and body to help you shine through the day. Creative sun salutations, bringing warmth to the body, interspersed with restorative poses where we embrace stillness. We then finish with a nourishing mindfulness section.

Sunday 10am -1 1am


A gentle, calming sequence without the more physically challenging postures, including passive yin poses and 10 minutes of guided meditation and visualisation to finish.

Sunday 6pm - 7.30pm

Moon Salutation & Yoga Nidra 

A gentle, melodic and quiet flow that allows you to move inwards to nurture a sense of peace in the mind and body. We move fluidly from side to side in a beautiful and thoughtful manner, taking time to embrace and connect with the breath. We then move into a state of deep relaxation called Yoga Nidra, which means ‘conscious sleep’ to quieten and calm the mind, body and spirit.


Classes are £8.50 for 60 minutes or £10.50 for 90 minutes.
